LA Sanitation and Environment serves as the lead administrator of the Program within the City of LA, with the involvement of several other Public Works bureaus and City departments.To date, the City of Los Angeles has completed seven Safe Clean Water projects, including two community projects — Haynes Street Greenway Project and the East 6th Street Project — and five low-flow diversions along the LA River and Arroyo Seco.
