9. Presentation, discussion, resolution & possible action to transfer $8940 line item from operations to NPG in fiscal year 2011-12 budget. M CARPENTER.

10. Presentation, discussion, resolution & possible action to allocate $135 for domain registration/hosting for AVSights.K DAVIS.

11. Presentation, discussion, resolution & possible action to support the “Johny Carpenter” Riding Program with an with an allocation not to exceed $9000 to vendors identified by NHOER (Riding Program managers). Funds to be transferred monies from operations (Previous approved funds encumbered and used for line item lease). REPS FROM NHOER.
